I've spent fifteen years sitting exactly where the people making things meet the people paying for them.

That started at WME, learning how elite talent thinks about their work and their worth. That path took me through Amazon, SiriusXM, and Audacy, building the commercial infrastructure behind some of the most recognizable names in podcasting.

Along the way, I learned something that doesn't show up in any of those job titles: the gap between creative ambition and commercial reality is almost always a translation problem. And I'm very good at translating ideas into concrete outcomes.

I launched Lasso because creators, brands, and the management companies working alongside them deserve someone who speaks everyone's language fluently. Not an agency with a roster to protect. Not a consultant with a templated playbook. A one-person commercial engine who has sat on every side of the table and knows exactly what each side actually needs.

My business philosophy is simple: the longest relationships are the most valuable ones. Trust compounds the same way revenue does. Every client relationship I've built has been designed to last — because sustainable revenue isn't built on transactions, it's built on trust.
